The Bois et Senteurs cottage is located in the former barn of a renovated farmhouse, near the owner's house. With its own independent access , and no adjoining properties or overlooking neighbors , it offers you privacy , peace and quiet and freedom .
Here, nature reigns supreme. In the heart of the green hills of Quercy , you can enjoy an idyllic setting, perfect for lovers of authenticity and tranquility.

Around the private pool , Mediterranean plants fill the air with their delicate fragrances. Summer days are punctuated by the song of cicadas , and in the evening, you can admire a starry sky of rare purity, free from light pollution.
The outdoor spaces are fenced and secure , allowing children and pets to play and relax in complete safety. The garden furniture and outdoor games invite you to share moments of conviviality, relaxation, and gentle leisure.

Ground floor
The entrance opens onto a practical space including a shower, toilet, shelves, and a washing machine. On the terrace side, a bright living room welcomes you with its reclining leather sofas and glass coffee table . and its flat screen TV . A perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The kitchen , separated from the living room by an American bar and its stools, is fully equipped: appliances, dishes, utensils and everything you need to prepare good meals at your own pace.
Floor
Upstairs, two charmingly cozy attic bedrooms await you:

Each room has a double bed (140x190 cm) , a chest of drawers and a wardrobe . Between the two rooms is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub , double sink and ample storage .
The cottage is fully air-conditioned , for optimal comfort in all conditions.
